Sony has unveiled a new model of its PlayStation 5 console, which comes in a smaller and slimmer design. The new console has all the same technology as the current PlayStation 5, but with a 30% reduction in volume and weight reductions of 18% and 24% compared to previous models. It also adds an attachable Ultra HD Blu-ray Disc Drive (for the digital console) and a 1TB SSD for more internal storage. Buyers of the Digital Edition have the option to separately incorporate an Ultra HD Blu-ray Disc Drive at $79.99 USD |119.99 EURO | 99.99 GBP | 11,980 JPY.
